Ingredients
- 1 can (15 oz) canned chickpeas, drained and patted dry
- 4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 whole lemon (juiced)
- 3 tbsp tahini
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
