Ingredients

  • 2 fillets anchovy fillets (packed in oil)
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ⅓ cup olive oil
  • 1 head romaine lettuce
  • ½ cup Parmesan cheese, shaved
  • 1 cup croutons (store-bought or homemade)

Instructions

    Mash anchovy fillets and garlic into a paste using the back of a fork in a bowl.

    Whisk in mustard, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce until combined.

    Slowly drizzle in olive oil while whisking until the dressing is creamy and emulsified.
