Ingredients
- 1.25 lbs white fish fillets (cod, halibut, or sea bass), about 1.25 lbs
- 1 can (14 oz) canned crushed tomatoes
- 2 tbsp harissa paste
- 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
- ¾ cup roasted red peppers (jarred), sliced
- ¾ tsp cumin
- 1 whole lemon (halved)

Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high until shimmering, ~90 seconds.

Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, until fragrant, about 30 seconds.

Stir in harissa and cumin, then add crushed tomatoes and roasted peppers. Simmer for 3 minutes.

Season sauce lightly with salt and pepper. Lay fish fillets on top; they should nestle into the sauce.
