- 2 large croissants
- 1 cup strawberries
- 4 oz dark chocolate
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Slice the 2 croissants in half horizontally and place them cut-side up on a baking sheet. Warm in the oven for 5 minutes until slightly crisp.

While the croissants warm, hull and slice the 1 cup strawberries into thin pieces. Set aside.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the 4 oz dark chocolate and 0.5 cup heavy cream. Stir constantly until smooth and glossy, about 3 minutes. Remove from heat.

Remove the croissants from the oven. Layer the sliced strawberries on the bottom halves, then replace the tops.

Drizzle the chocolate sauce generously over the croissants. Dust with the 1 tbsp powdered sugar.
