- 1.5 cups heavy cream
- 1 whole orange
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 6 leaves mint leaves
- 2 tbsp sugar
Instructions
- 1
Melt the 6 oz dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth. Remove from heat and let cool slightly, about 5 minutes.

In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup of the heavy cream with 2 tbsp sugar until soft peaks form, about 3-4 minutes.
- 3
Fold the melted chocolate into the whipped cream gently until no streaks remain. Spoon the mousse into 4 serving glasses and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- 4
While the mousse chills, peel and slice the 1 orange into thin rounds. Rinse and pat dry the 1 cup mixed berries.
- 5
Whip the remaining 1/2 cup heavy cream until stiff peaks form, about 2-3 minutes. Top each mousse with a dollop of whipped cream.
- 6
Arrange the orange slices and berries on top of the whipped cream. Garnish with the 6 mint leaves and serve chilled.
