Ingredients
- 6 oz dark chocolate
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 large egg whites
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 6 whole coffee beans
- 1 sheet gold leaf

Melt 6 oz dark chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water, stirring until smooth, about 3 minutes. Let cool slightly.

In a separate bowl, whip 1 cup heavy cream until soft peaks form, about 2 minutes. Set aside.

Beat 2 egg whites with 2 tbsp sugar until stiff peaks form, about 3 minutes. Fold the melted chocolate into the egg whites, then gently fold in the whipped cream until no streaks remain.
