- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tbsp instant yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- ¾ cup warm milk
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ cup chocolate chips

In a large bowl, mix 2 cups flour, 1 tbsp yeast, 2 tbsp sugar, and 1 tsp salt. Make a well in the center.

Pour 3/4 cup warm milk and 2 tbsp melted butter into the well. Stir until a shaggy dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for 8 minutes until smooth and elastic. Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 30 minutes until doubled.

Punch down the dough and divide into 6 equal pieces. Flatten each piece into a 4-inch circle.

Place 1 heaping tbsp of chocolate chips in the center of each circle. Fold the edges over and pinch to seal.

Place rolls seam-side down on a baking sheet. Cover and let rise for 15 minutes while preheating the oven to 375°F.
