- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- 1
Cut the 1.5 lb chicken breast into 1-inch cubes and place in a bowl.
- 2
In a small bowl, mix 0.5 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 minced garlic cloves, 1 tsp paprika, 1 tsp salt, and 0.5 tsp black pepper.
- 3
Pour the marinade over the chicken and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours.

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the skewers for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden and cooked through (internal temperature 165°F).
