Ingredients

  • 1 lb chicken thigh
  • 2 cups cooked white rice
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 stalks green onions
  • 1 cup cooked udon noodles
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper

    Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and thread onto skewers.

    Mix soy sauce, mirin, and sugar in a small bowl for the sauce.

    Brush chicken with oil and season with salt and pepper.
