Ingredients

  • 1 package pie crust
  • 1.5 pounds chicken breast
  • 2 medium carrots
  • 1 cup peas
  • 1 medium onion
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • ¼ cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

    Preheat oven to 400°F and roll out one pie crust into a 9-inch pie dish.

    Cook chicken in a pot with broth until tender, then shred and set aside.
