Ingredients
- 200 g soba noodles
- 250 g chicken thigh
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp mirin
- 4 cups dashi stock
- 2 leaves shiso leaf
- 1 tsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup water
