Ingredients
- 8 oz cooked chicken breast, sliced
- 6 slices bread, white or wheat
- 4 slices bacon
- 1 medium tomato
- 2 leaves lettuce, green leaf or romaine
- 3 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt and pepper to taste

Toast the 6 bread slices until golden brown and crisp, about 2 minutes per side.

If bacon is not already cooked, cook until crispy, then break into pieces. Slice the tomato into 4 rounds.

Lay out 3 toasted slices. Spread 0.5 tbsp mayo on each slice.

On the first slice, layer half the chicken, 2 bacon pieces, 1 lettuce leaf, and 2 tomato rounds.

Place the second slice on top, spread side down. Press gently.

Top with remaining chicken, bacon, lettuce, and tomato. Spread remaining mayo on the third slice, place on top.

Secure with 2 toothpicks through the center, cutting diagonally to create 2 triangles.

Serve immediately with a pickle or chips on the side.
