Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs yellow summer squash
  • 1 lb zucchini
  • 1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • ¾ cup crispy fried onions
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
