- 2 cups tapioca flour
- 1 cup milk
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp black sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a saucepan, combine 1 cup milk, 4 tbsp butter, and 1 tsp salt. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then remove from heat immediately.

Stir in 2 cups tapioca flour until a sticky dough forms. Let cool for 5 minutes.

Beat in 2 eggs one at a time, then mix in 1 cup grated parmesan until fully incorporated.
