Ingredients

  • 1.5 lb lamb rib or leg pieces, bone-in
  • ½ cup plain yogurt
  • 4 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp ground coriander
  • 1 whole lime (juiced + halves for serving)

Instructions

    Mix yogurt, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, and salt in a bowl until smooth.

    Coat lamb pieces in the yogurt marinade. Thread onto skewers, pressing gently to secure.

    Heat a cast iron skillet or grill pan over high heat until a drop of water sizzles instantly.
