Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb shoulder, cut into 1.5-inch cubes
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp ground cumin
- ½ tsp paprika
- 1 whole lemon, halved
- 1 whole red onion, cut into 1-inch chunks
