Ingredients

  • ½ lb ground lamb
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin
  • 1 whole lemon (juiced)
  • 1 whole tomato (chopped)
  • 1 whole cucumber (sliced thin)
  • 2 whole pita bread

Instructions

    Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering, about 60 seconds.

    Add lamb to the pan with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, breaking it up with a spoon as it browns, 5–6 minutes.

    Drizzle lemon juice over the lamb and stir in minced garlic for 30 seconds until fragrant.

    Warm the pita in the skillet for 20 seconds per side, then transfer to a plate.
