Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs pork spare ribs or baby back ribs
  • ⅓ cup ketchup
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)

Instructions

    Pat ribs dry with paper towels. Arrange on a sheet pan in a single layer, bone-side down.

    Whisk ketchup, soy sauce, brown sugar, minced garlic, and lime juice in a bowl until smooth.

    Brush the glaze all over both sides of the ribs, reserving 2 tablespoons.

    Roast at 475°F for 12–14 minutes, until edges char and glaze caramelizes, no stirring.

    Pull from oven, brush with reserved glaze, let rest 2 minutes. Serve immediately.
