- 1 lb squid (cleaned, bodies and tentacles)
- 3 tbsp Thai red chili paste
- 1 whole lime (juiced)
- 1.5 tbsp fish sauce
- 3 clove garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp olive oil

Pat squid dry with paper towels. Score the bodies in a crosshatch pattern, cutting halfway through.

Mix chili paste, lime juice, fish sauce, garlic, and olive oil in a small bowl until smooth.
