Ingredients

  • 1.25 lb pre-cooked octopus (thawed if frozen), cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 2 tsp chili powder or crushed red pepper
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1 whole lime (juiced)
  • 3 whole garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped

Instructions

  3. 3

Add octopus pieces in a single layer. Do not move them for 2 minutes until edges turn dark and crispy.

  4. 4

  5. 5

Remove from heat. Squeeze lime juice over everything and toss to coat.
