Ingredients
- 2 pieces brioche buns or Hawaiian rolls
- 4 oz char siu pork or rotisserie pork, sliced thin
- 2 slices fresh pineapple, sliced into thin planks
- 1.5 tbsp hoisin sauce
- ½ tbsp honey
Instructions

Stir hoisin and honey together in a small bowl until combined.

Slice each bun in half horizontally and lightly toast the insides in a dry skillet over medium heat, 90 seconds per side.
