Ingredients
- 1 lb roasted char siu (Chinese BBQ pork), shredded
- 3 tbsp hoisin sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 3 tbsp flour (for topping)
- 2 tbsp water
- 4 whole store-bought buns (4 soft rolls or pineapple buns)

Stir hoisin and honey into the shredded pork until glossy and coated.

Mix flour and water into a thick paste. Slice buns in half horizontally and brush paste on the top half only.
