Ingredients
- 200 g wheat noodles
- 100 g pork slices
- 150 g firm tofu
- 150 g cabbage
- 50 g carrot
- 2 stalks green onions
- 600 ml chicken broth
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- ½ tsp salt

Cook noodles according to package, drain and set aside.

Heat oil in a pot, sear pork slices until browned.

Add cabbage and carrot, stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Pour in broth and soy sauce, bring to a boil.
