Ingredients

  • 3 cups mixed fresh fruit (apple, pomegranate, pineapple, grapes)
  • 1.5 tsp chaat masala
  • 2 tbsp jaggery or brown sugar, crumbled
  • 1 whole fresh lime (juiced)
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds, toasted

Instructions

    Dice the apple, pomegranate, pineapple, and grapes into bite-size pieces. Place in a large bowl.

    Squeeze lime juice over the fruit and toss gently to coat.

    Sprinkle chaat masala, jaggery, and toasted cumin seeds evenly over the top.

    Scatter mint leaves across the bowl and toss one more time until everything is combined.
