Ingredients
- 1 piece (8×15 inch) cedar plank
- 2 pieces (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- ½ piece (juiced) lemon
- 1 tsp (chopped) fresh thyme or dill

Soak cedar plank in water for 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

Pat salmon skin-side down on the plank. Whisk maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice, and salt together.

Brush glaze over salmon. Sprinkle with thyme. Place plank on grill grate, away from direct flame.

Cover grill. Cook 12–15 minutes until salmon flakes easily and plank smolders but doesn't flame.
