Ingredients

  • 1 piece (8×15 inch) cedar plank
  • 2 pieces (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • ½ piece (juiced) lemon
  • 1 tsp (chopped) fresh thyme or dill

Instructions

  1. 1

Soak cedar plank in water for 15 minutes. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.

  2. 2

Pat salmon skin-side down on the plank. Whisk maple syrup, mustard, lemon juice, and salt together.

  3. 3

Brush glaze over salmon. Sprinkle with thyme. Place plank on grill grate, away from direct flame.
