Ingredients
- 2.5 tbsp white miso paste
- 1.5 tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp rice vinegar
- ½ tbsp soy sauce
- 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (white or black)
- 1 scallion scallion, thinly sliced

Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Whisk white miso, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth.

Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down on the parchment. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Brush the miso glaze evenly over the top of each fillet, covering the flesh completely.
