Ingredients

  • 2.5 tbsp white miso paste
  • 1.5 tbsp honey
  • ½ tbsp rice vinegar
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 fillets (6 oz each) salmon fillets, skin-on
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (white or black)
  • 1 scallion scallion, thinly sliced

Instructions

    Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Whisk white miso, honey, rice vinegar, and soy sauce in a small bowl until smooth.

    Pat salmon dry and place skin-side down on the parchment. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

    Brush the miso glaze evenly over the top of each fillet, covering the flesh completely.

    Bake for 12–14 minutes until the flesh is opaque and flakes gently with a fork.

    Sprinkle sesame seeds and scallion over the salmon. Serve immediately.
