Ingredients
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp fresh ginger, minced
- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 5-oz fillets salmon fillets, skin-on
- 2 whole scallions, sliced
- ½ tsp sesame seeds

Whisk soy sauce, honey, ginger, and rice vinegar in a small bowl.

Pat salmon dry with paper towels. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Heat olive oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high until it shimmers, ~90 seconds.

Place salmon skin-side up in the pan. Sear without moving for 3-4 minutes until skin crisps.

Flip salmon, then pour the glaze over top. Simmer for 2-3 minutes until edges are opaque.
