Ingredients
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 12 oz baby potatoes or fingerling potatoes
- 8 oz smoked sausage, cut into 1-inch rounds
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp Old Bay seasoning or Cajun seasoning blend
- 4 tbsp butter, divided
- 2 whole limes, cut into wedges

Fill a large pot with 8 cups water and bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add potatoes and Cajun seasoning. Boil for 8 minutes until potatoes just begin to soften.

Add sausage and corn. Boil for 5 minutes until corn is tender and potatoes are fork-soft.

Add shrimp and cook 2 minutes without stirring. Shrimp should turn opaque pink; don't overcook.

Drain everything in a colander. Transfer to a serving platter.

Top with remaining 2 tbsp butter melted over hot seafood. Serve lime wedges alongside.
