Ingredients
- 1.5 lbs shrimp, large (peeled + deveined)
- 12 oz smoked sausage (sliced into 1-inch rounds)
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved)
- 3 ears corn on the cob (cut into 2-inch pieces)
- 6 tbsp butter
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning (or 2 tsp paprika + 1 tsp cayenne + 1 tsp garlic powder + salt/pepper)
- 2 whole limes (halved)
- 6 cups water

Bring salted water to a boil in a large pot over high heat, ~5 minutes.

Add potatoes and sausage to boiling water. Cook 10 minutes until potatoes are nearly tender.
