Lobster or large shrimp, corn, potatoes, and spicy sausage boiled together in one pot with Cajun seasoning. Drain, toss with butter and fresh lemon, and serve hot.

Ingredients
- 1 lb lobster tail or large shrimp (about 1 lb)
- 8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 1 lb baby potatoes (halved if large)
- 2 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 2 tbsp cajun seasoning blend
- 3 tbsp butter
- 1 whole lemon (halved)

Fill a large pot with 6 cups water. Add Cajun seasoning and bring to a boil over high heat.

Add potatoes and sausage. Boil for 8 minutes until potatoes are halfway tender.

Add corn and lobster (or shrimp). Boil 4–5 minutes until lobster is opaque or shrimp turns pink.

Drain everything in a colander. Return to the pot off heat.

Toss with butter and a squeeze of fresh lemon. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

Serve hot in a large bowl or on a platter with extra lemon wedges on the side.
