Ingredients
- 1 lb lump crab (fresh or thawed)
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- ¾ lb andouille sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch rounds
- 3 ears fresh corn ears, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp cajun seasoning (store-bought blend)
- 1 loaf, sliced french bread (crusty baguette)

Fill a large pot with 3 quarts water. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat.

Add cajun seasoning and stir until dissolved, then add sausage and corn.

Boil hard for 5 minutes until sausage is heated through and corn is bright.
