Ingredients

  • 1 lb potatoes, baby or fingerling, halved
  • ½ lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 lb clams, littleneck or cherrystone, rinsed
  • ¾ lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
  • 3 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
  • 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning blend
  • 4 cups chicken or seafood broth

Instructions

    Bring broth to a boil in a large pot over high heat, then add potatoes and sausage.

    Stir in Cajun seasoning, then add corn and cook for 5 minutes until potatoes start to soften.
