Ingredients
- 1 lb potatoes, baby or fingerling, halved
- ½ lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1-inch rounds
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 lb clams, littleneck or cherrystone, rinsed
- ¾ lb mussels, cleaned and debearded
- 3 ears corn on the cob, cut into 2-inch pieces
- 3 tbsp Cajun seasoning blend
- 4 cups chicken or seafood broth
