Ingredients
- 2 oz espresso (or strong brewed coffee)
- 8 oz whole milk
- ½ tbsp honey or sugar

Pull two shots of espresso into a warm ceramic cup, or brew 2 oz strong hot coffee.

Steam milk until it reaches 150–155°F and the pitcher hums with microfoam, ~45 seconds.

Stir honey or sugar into the espresso until dissolved.

Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon, filling to 3/4 full.

Top with a thin layer of microfoam, about 0.5 inch.
