Ingredients

  • 2 shots espresso
  • 8 oz whole milk
  • ½ tsp honey or vanilla syrup

Instructions

    Pull two shots of espresso into a cup.

    Steam milk until it reaches 150–155°F and small bubbles cover the surface.

    Pour steamed milk into the espresso, holding back the foam with a spoon.

    Top with a thin layer of milk foam and a drizzle of honey if desired.
