Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 ripe mango
- ½ cup plain yogurt
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper

Cut the 1 head cauliflower into florets and steam or boil in salted water until very tender, about 12 minutes. Drain well.

While cauliflower cooks, peel and slice the 1 ripe mango into thin strips. Set aside.

Toast the 2 tbsp sesame seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until golden and fragrant, about 2 minutes. Remove from pan.

In a food processor or with a potato masher, combine the cooked cauliflower, 0.5 cup yogurt, 2 tbsp olive oil, 0.5 tsp salt, and 0.25 tsp pepper. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.

Spoon the mash onto a serving plate. Top with the mango slices and sprinkle with the toasted sesame seeds. Serve warm or at room temperature.
