Ingredients
- 1 lb lamb
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes
- 1 medium cucumber
- ½ medium red onion
- 4 cups lettuce
- 1 tsp sumac

Season the 1 lb lamb with salt and pepper. Heat a skillet over high heat and cook the lamb until browned and cooked to your liking, about 8-10 minutes for medium. Let rest 5 minutes, then slice.

In a small bowl, mix the 1 cup yogurt with 2 minced garlic cloves and a pinch of salt. Set aside.

Halve the 1 cup cherry tomatoes, dice the 1 cucumber, and thinly slice the 0.5 red onion. Place the 4 cups lettuce in a large bowl.

Add the tomatoes, cucumber, and onion to the lettuce. Toss gently to combine.

Top the salad with the sliced lamb and dollop the garlic yogurt over it. Sprinkle with the 1 tsp sumac and serve.
