Ingredients
- 8 oz burrata
- 2 cups mixed fruit (such as peaches, plums, or figs)
- ½ cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme

Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, toss the 2 cups fruit with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp honey. Roast until fruit is soft and caramelized, about 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, toast the 1/2 cup nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until fragrant and lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.

Place the 8 oz burrata on a serving plate. Top with the roasted fruit and toasted nuts.

Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp honey and sprinkle with 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
