Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata
  • 2 cups mixed fruit (such as peaches, plums, or figs)
  • ½ cup mixed nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme

Instructions

  1. 1

Preheat oven to 400°F. On a baking sheet, toss the 2 cups fruit with 1 tbsp olive oil and 1 tbsp honey. Roast until fruit is soft and caramelized, about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

Meanwhile, toast the 1/2 cup nuts in a dry skillet over medium heat, stirring often, until fragrant and lightly browned, about 3-5 minutes. Set aside.

  3. 3

Place the 8 oz burrata on a serving plate. Top with the roasted fruit and toasted nuts.

  4. 4

Drizzle with remaining 1 tbsp honey and sprinkle with 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves. Serve immediately.
