- 4 oz goat cheese
- 1 medium red onion
- 2 oz blue cheese
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp honey

Preheat your oven to 400°F. Slice the 1 baguette into 1/2-inch rounds and arrange them on a baking sheet. Brush the tops with 1 tbsp of the olive oil.
