  • 1 lb ripe tomatoes, sliced
  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 slices garlic bread (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • ¼ cup fresh basil leaves
  • ¼ tsp fleur de sel or finishing salt

Instructions
