Ingredients
- 2 medium peaches, halved and pitted
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 3 cups arugula
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup popcorn, popped and lightly salted
- ½ lemon + 3 tbsp oil + pinch salt lemon, juiced, plus olive oil and salt for vinaigrette
