- 1 lb heirloom or cherry tomatoes, mixed colors
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- ½ cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 whole lemon
- 1 whole garlic clove, minced
- 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
- ¼ tsp fleur de sel or sea salt
