Ingredients
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 lb ripe tomatoes (mixed heirloom or cherry)
- ½ cup, packed fresh basil
- ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- 1 pinch, to taste salt and black pepper
