Ingredients

  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 1 lb ripe tomatoes (mixed heirloom or cherry)
  • ½ cup, packed fresh basil
  • ¼ cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 pinch, to taste salt and black pepper

Instructions

    Roughly chop basil and blend with olive oil, salt, and pepper until fragrant and bright green.

    Slice tomatoes or halve cherry tomatoes and spread on a platter. Season with salt and pepper.

    Tear burrata into 2–3 large pieces and nestle among the tomatoes.
