Ingredients

  • 1 ball (about 8 oz) burrata cheese
  • 3 medium ripe tomatoes (Roma or heirloom)
  • ½ cup loosely packed fresh basil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 pinch to taste salt and black pepper
