- 8 oz tofu
- 8 oz noodles
- 3 stalks green onions
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 inch ginger
- 2 cups water
- 1 tbsp oil
