Ingredients
- 2 whole mackerel
- 200 g pork belly
- 150 g kimchi
- 200 g tofu
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochugaru
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 stalks green onion
- 1 cup water
- 1 tsp sesame oil

Clean mackerel, pat dry, and score both sides lightly.

Slice pork belly into thin strips and chop kimchi into bite-size pieces.

In a pan, layer pork, kimchi, and mackerel, then add water, soy sauce, gochugaru, and minced garlic.

Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer covered for 15 minutes.

Add tofu cubes and cook 5 more minutes until fish is tender.
