Ingredients
- 1 lb pork belly
- 4 cups napa cabbage or spinach
- 1 cup kimchi
- 1 medium carrot
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp gochujang
Instructions
- 1
Slice the 1 lb pork belly into 1/4 inch thick pieces. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the pork in a single layer. Cook until browned and crispy on both sides, about 6-8 minutes total. Transfer to a plate.
- 2
While the pork cooks, steam the 4 cups napa cabbage or spinach until wilted, about 2-3 minutes. Set aside.
- 3
In a small bowl, mix the 3 tbsp soy sauce and 1 tbsp gochujang to make the dipping sauce. Add a splash of water if too thick.
- 4
Slice the 1 medium carrot into thin matchsticks. Serve the pork with the steamed greens, kimchi, carrot, and dipping sauce. Wrap the pork and veggies in the greens, if desired.
