- 4 whole lobster tails
- 8 cups water
- 2 tbsp salt
- 2 whole lemon
- 4 tbsp butter

Fill a large pot with 8 cups water and 2 tbsp salt. Bring to a rolling boil over high heat, about 10 minutes.

Add the 4 lobster tails to the boiling water. Cook until the shells turn bright red and the meat is opaque, about 8-10 minutes.
