Ingredients
- 1 lb beef tripe
- 4 cups beef broth
- 3 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ¼ cup cilantro
- 1 whole edible flower

Rinse the 1 lb beef tripe and cut into bite-sized strips. Mince the 3 garlic cloves.
