Ingredients
- 1 link (about 12 oz) boerewors (South African pork sausage coil)
- 1 piece (8–10 oz, 1-inch thick) beef steak (ribeye or sirloin)
- 1 piece (6–8 oz) chicken breast or thigh
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0 to taste salt and black pepper
- ½ unit fresh lemon or lime

Pat the boerewors, steak, and chicken completely dry with paper towels.

Rub all three proteins with olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper.

Heat grill to medium-high until you can hold your hand 4 inches above the grate for only 3–4 seconds.

Place boerewors (spiral coil), steak, and chicken on the grill. Do not move the steak or chicken.

Flip steak and chicken once after 2 minutes. Rotate boerewors every 2 minutes to cook evenly.

Steak is ready when internal temp reaches 130°F (rare). Chicken should reach 165°F. Squeeze lemon over all.
