Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt, plain
  • 1 cup Fresh blueberries
  • ½ cup Granola (gluten-free or regular)
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • ½ tsp Lemon zest
  • ¼ tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Almond slices (optional, toasted)

Instructions

    Divide Greek yogurt between two bowls, roughly 1/2 cup per bowl.

    Drizzle 1 tbsp honey over each bowl of yogurt.

    Top each bowl with 1/2 cup fresh blueberries, scattering them evenly.

    Sprinkle 1/4 cup granola over the blueberries on each bowl.

    Finish with lemon zest and a pinch of toasted almond slices if using. Serve immediately.
